You immediately feel at home in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Our suite was very nicely furnished and comfortable. The restaurant offers very tasty food with a varied daily menu. We didn't miss anything at the breakfast buffet. The hire bikes are as good as new and very well maintained!

We spent some wonderful days in the Allgäu. Everyone at the hotel is super friendly, the food is excellent, everything is very clean and beautifully furnished. You can do a lot from the hotel and relax wonderfully in the spa in the evening. 100% recommendation!

Activities nearby: Was there for paragliding. Many beautiful areas nearby and very easy to reach. Cycling and hiking are just as good. Safety: Very safe. Good as a starting point for hikes! We went on extensive hikes and the hotel is a great starting point. Very spacious, clean rooms with modern facilities! The breakfast is great! Everyone will find something to suit them here.

I will rave about it to my friends :) The rooms are riiiiiiiiiisious! The breakfast was great! The staff is very friendly. We were a larger group and they were also very lenient when we sat for a long time at dinner or breakfast to chat. The ambience is really as beautiful as in the photos.

Girls' weekend We spent a long weekend in the Allgäu! The hotel was very nice, the staff always very friendly and courteous! The room was spacious and clean! We had a large terrace, but unfortunately we couldn't use it because of the rain! The small but nice SPA area was used extensively! The breakfast offered everything you need for a good start to the day! The restaurant was also great, the menu had something for all tastes! Conclusion: We will definitely come back again! Corona rules were adhered to in an exemplary manner!

The two of us and my boyfriend stayed at the Hotel Krone for one night. Everything was 1A. The food, the breakfast, the location, the atmosphere, the staff. We were very satisfied!

There were 17 of us at the Hotel Krone and we would all come back in a heartbeat. Thumbs up! Breakfast very good, the restaurant very good value for money and super fresh products. The room was large, cosy and clean. The bathroom was very (!) nice, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was sensational. The dinner in the restaurant was not only good but also very good value for money.

Excellent address for business travellers. I can highly recommend it without reservation, especially with the newly opened wellness area, top rooms, great breakfast, very good location. Very well equipped, comfortable beds, balcony on the quiet side of the wellness area, large TV Breakfast exceptionally good, selection really unbeatable. Very good location close to the Alpsee and the surrounding hiking and cycling trails. Wellness area completely redesigned (hotelier's note: 2025), outdoor area very tasteful, new huge round sauna for an estimated 20 people, fitness room very well equipped

All in a good mood, friendly, helpful, excellent cuisine, super fair prices, very nice restaurant, very nice rooms, excellent breakfast buffet with equally excellent service. Reception staffed until late in the evening, extremely long kitchen opening hours, great prices for overnight stays, breakfast portion on account perfect for business travellers. Praise and unreserved recommendation!

Simply great! Checked into the Krone again with customers for two days. It is and remains the place to stay in the Allgäu near Sonthofen. Exemplary service, very good food, cosy rooms and friendly staff - what more could you want?

The stay at Gasthof Krone was pleasant and relaxing all round. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and contributed to a pleasant stay. Special mention should be made of the great spa area with saunas, which provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I can recommend the Gasthof Krone without reservation and am already looking forward to my next visit!
