Susann's professional career at Krone began in service. Later, she took over bar duties, often working late into the night. For years, Susann was on call at night when the Schafroth family was on holiday. She also played an active role as a trainer and successfully supported numerous trainees on their way to their final exams.
She also has a strong personal connection to the hotel: her own wedding reception was held in our hall. Colleagues and guests appreciate her helpfulness – a phrase we often hear is: ‘Susi knows best.’
With her experience and expertise, she is a very popular contact person for guests and staff alike. She remains loyal to our hotel – as she herself says: ‘I'll grow old at the Krone.’
We would like to thank her warmly for 25 years of service:
