- The new ‘Runde Auszeit’ sauna – spacious and completely relaxing
Our new main sauna is aptly named: ‘Runde Auszeit’ stands for 24 m² of pure relaxation. The round design creates a particularly harmonious feeling of space – with plenty of room to feel good.
- Bio sauna – mild, gentle and colour-coordinated
Those who prefer a gentler experience will find the perfect compromise between warmth and well-being in our bio sauna. At temperatures between 50 and 60 degrees Celsius, the strain on the circulation is less than in a classic sauna – ideal for beginners or anyone who wants to sweat gently. Colour light effects accompany the sauna experience: depending on the colour of the light, the mood is calmed or invigorated. A small effect with a big impact.
- Finnish sauna – the classic with depth
At 85 to 95 degrees Celsius, the Finnish sauna is just right for those who appreciate intense sweating. The dry heat has a cleansing, purifying effect and stimulates blood circulation. Regular sauna visits strengthen the immune system – and afterwards, the fresh Oberallgäu mountain air provides the perfect cooling effect. It couldn't be more authentic.
- Infrared heat beds – deep relaxation
Without any infusion or feeling of heat, our infrared heat beds offer a soothing deep heat experience. The gentle infrared radiation penetrates deep into the muscles, relieves tension and stimulates blood circulation. Ideal after sporting activities – or simply to relax
